ठहरा हुआ सा वक्त / A standstill of time

ये सिर्फ एक वहम है कि वक्त ठहरा है। क्या आपने कभी महसूस किए हैं कि वक्त ठहर सा गया है। बिल्कुल किए होंगे क्योंकि हम सभी में एक समानता तो है कि हम सुख दुख, उदासी और खुशी को महसूस कर सकते हैं।

जिन्दगी हमारे अनुसार नही चलती, लेकिन वक्त ठहरता भी तो नहीं है। जब हम सोचते हैं कि ये वक्त बीत क्यों नहीं रहा है, तब एहसास होता है कि वक्त तो बहुत आगे निकल गया, जो ठहर सा गया था वो आपका ख्याल था। क्योंकि वक्त से पीछे आप रह गए और आप सोचने लगे आपके साथ सब कुछ रुक गया है। सब कहते है प्यार बहुत गहरा है लेकिन मैं कहती हूं दुख से गहरा कुछ नहीं है, क्योंकि प्यार जब जीवन में आता है तो आंधी तूफान सब साथ लाता है जिसमें खुशियों की बयार, सपनों के झूले, वादों के अंबार भी होते है। इस समय सारी दुनिया बहुत प्यारी लगती है, ना किसी से शिकायत ना किसी से नफरत। चारों तरफ बस प्यार ही प्यार। यदि प्यार बहुत गहरा होता है तो उसकी गहराई नापने का वक्त तब मिलता है जब जबरदस्त धोखे का तमाचा गाल पर पड़ता है। समझ आना बंद हो जाता है कि ये क्या हो गया है। रोते रोते रात भी थमी सी लगती है, सच में दुख किसी भी तरह का हो वक्त ठहर तो जाता है उस समय।

बुरे वक्त में कितनी सच्चाईयां सामने आ जाती है,, जो ज्यादा अपनापन जताते हैं वो सबसे दूर नजर आते हैं। जिनसे हम कभी कोई उम्मीद नहीं करते वो इस समय सहारा तो देते है। सुख दुख जीवन के दो पहलू हैं लेकिन गहराई तो दुख में ही है। दुख को गहरा इसलिए बोल रही हूं क्योंकि इस समय आप बहुत कुछ नया और अच्छा सीखते हो।

यही वो ठहरा हुआ सा वक्त होता है जब आप अपने अनुभव से सीखते हो कि क्या अच्छा है और क्या बुरा है। खुद की कमियों और खूबियों का पता भी इसी समय चलता है। सबसे अच्छा यही होता है इस समय कि हम खुद को बेहतरी से समझ लेते हैं। कभी ऐसे वक्त ठहर जाए तो खुद से भागो मत खुद को समय दो और समझो अपने आपको। क्या कमी है क्या खूबी है खुद में, स्ववलोकन का इससे अच्छा कोई समय नहीं होता। 😊

It is just an illusion that time has stopped. Have you ever felt that time has stopped ? You must have felt it because we all have one similarity that we can feel happiness, sorrow, sadness and joy.

Life doesn't go according to us, but time doesn't stop either. When we think why this time is not passing, then we realise that time has gone for ahead, what seemed to have stopped was your thought. Because you were left behind time and you started thinking that everything has stopped with you. Everyone says that love is very deep but I say that there is nothing deeper than sorrow, because when love comes into life, it brings along with it all the storms, including the breeze of happiness, swings of dreams, and heaps of promises. At this time, the whole world looks very beautiful, no complaints against anyone, no hatred for anyone. There is only love all around. If love is very deep, then the time to measure its depth comes when the slap of a huge betrayal falls on the cheek. One stops understanding what has happened. While crying, even the night seems to stop, really, no matter what kind of sorrow it is, time stops at that time.

So many truths come out in bad times. Those who show more affection seem to be far away from everyone. Those from whom we never expect anything, they at least support us at this time. Happiness and sadness are two aspects of life but the depth is in sadness only. I am calling sadness deep because at this time you learn a lot of new and good things.

This is the still time when you learn from your experience what is good and what is bad. It is also at this time that you come to know about your own weakness and strength. The best thing is that at this time we understand ourselves better. If such a time comes to a halt, do not run away from yourself, give yourself time and understand yourself. What areyour shortcomings, what are your strengths, there is no better time than this for self introduction. 😊
