माता - पिता अपनी हर संतान को एक सा प्यार करते हैं।लेकिन हर घर में यही समस्या सामने आती है, बेटा हो या बेटी, बड़ी संतान की यही शिकायत रहती है कि छोटे भाई / बहन को ज्यादा प्यार करते हैं आप दोनों, मुझे कोई प्यार नहीं करता।

हमारे पड़ोसी रमेश बाबू का अपना खुद का एक छोटा सा रेस्त्रां है और उनके दो प्यारे बच्चे है, बेटी रिद्धि और बेटा नयन। अपने छोटे से परिवार में हंसी - खुशी से जीवन जी रहे रमेश बाबू को अब बड़ी होती बेटी की चिंता सताने लगी।

             

रमेश बाबू कभी - कभी पत्नी से बातें करते हुए रिद्धि के बचपन को दोहराते हुए कहते थे कि समय कितनी जल्दी बीत गया। रिद्धि कुछ सालों बाद ब्याह करके अपने ससुराल चली जायेगी। तब उनकी पत्नी भी ठंडी सांस लेकर जवाब देती क्यों चिंता करते हो जी, अभी तो रिद्धि सिर्फ सोलह साल की है। उसकी पढ़ाई तो पूरी होने दीजिए। बाद में सोचेंगे उसके ब्याह के विषय में।

रिद्धि बचपन से ही खुद को उपेक्षित महसूस करती थी। उसे यही लगता था कि माता - पिता भाई नयन को ही प्यार करते हैं और मुझे कोई पसंद भी नहीं करता। भेदभाव की भावना के कारण रिद्धि विद्रोही स्वभाव की हो गई। वो उन कामों को करती थी, जिन्हें उसके माता - पिता मना करते थे।

रिद्धि अपने विद्रोही और जिद्दी स्वभाव के कारण बड़ी मुसीबत में फंसने से बाल बाल बची है आज। सहेली के बहकावे में आकर मां से झूठ बोलकर घर से निकल गई रिद्धि। जब तक वो सहेलियों की चालाकी को समझी तब तक घर वापस आने के रास्ते बंद होते नज़र आ रहे थे उसे। 

अब घबराई रिद्धि कुछ नहीं कर सकती थी। रिद्धि का पूजा - पाठ में बहुत ध्यान था, तो बस मां दुर्गा की आराधना करने लगी। इधर रिद्धि की मां और भाई भी परेशान थे, सारा दिन बीत गया अभी तक रिद्धि घर क्यों नहीं पहुंची। अब भगवान का ही सहारा था, जहां रिद्धि अपने छोटे भाई से चिढ़ती थी, वहीं उसने अपने एक पड़ोसी अनिल को भाई मानी थी। जो उसकी हर जिद्द को समझता था और सगी बहन से ज्यादा प्यार और परवाह करता था रिद्धि की।

             

इस कठिन समय में अनिल की याद आई रिद्धि की मां को। तुरंत अनिल को फोन करके सारी बात बताई, तो उसने अपने भाई होने का फ़र्ज़ निभाया और रिद्धि को उन चालक लड़कियों के चंगुल से छुड़ाकर लाया।

जब रिद्धि घर आई और माता - पिता को परेशान हालत में देखी तो उनसे लिपटकर खूब रोई और अपनी गलती के लिए माफ़ी मांगी। आज रिद्धि को सबक मिल गया कि माता पिता कोई काम ना करने के लिए इसलिए कहते हैं ताकि उनके बच्चे को कोई नुकसान ना हो जाए। उनकी बात का हर समय विरोध उसे आज बड़ी मुसीबत में डाल गया था।

           

    

मां भवानी की कृपा ना होती और भाई अनिल समय पर ना पहुंचता तो आज पता नहीं क्या होता। रिद्धि आज वो सारी बातें समझ गई जो उसे मां समझाती थी। किसी पर अति विश्वास मत करो, जरूरी नहीं कि वो भी तुम्हारे लिए अच्छी सोच रखता हो।

उस हादसे के बाद रिद्धि ने कसम खा ली कि मां की अनुमति के बगैर अब कहीं नहीं जायेगी वो।

Parents love each of their children equally. But the same problem comes in every house, be it son or daughter, the elder child has the same complaint that, you love the younger brother / sister more, both of you do not love me.

Our neighbour Ramesh Babu has a small restaurant of his own and they have two lovely children, daughter Riddhi and son Nayan. Ramesh Babu, who was living happily in his small family, now started worrying about his growing daughter.

            

       

Ramesh Babu would sometimes while talking to his wife, recounting Riddhi's childhood, how quickly time passed Riddhi will get married after a few years and go to her in - law's house. Then his wife would also answer with a cold breath, why do you worry, now Riddhi is only sixteen years old. Let him finish his studies. Will think about his marriage later.

Riddhi used to feel neglected since childhood. She used to think that parents love only brother Nayan and no one likes me. Due to the feeling of discrimination, Riddhi became rebellious in nature. She used to do those things which her parents forbade her.

Riddhi has narrowly escaped getting into big trouble due to her rebellious and stubborn nature. Riddhi left the house after lying to her mother after being misled by a friend. By the time she understood the ingenuity of her friends, the way back home seemed to be closed to her.

Now frightened Riddhi could do nothing. Riddhi had a lot of attention in the worship lesson, so just started worshiping Maa Durga. Here Riddhi's mother and brother were also upset. Why did Riddhi not reach home till the whole day has passed. Now it was God's support, where Riddhi used to get irritated with her younger brother, while she considered one of her neighbour Anil as her brother. The one who understood his every stubbornness and loved and cared more than real sister of Riddhi.

             

In this difficult time, Riddhi's mother remembered Anil. Immediately calling Anil and telling the whole thing, then he fulfilled the duty of being his brother and brought Riddhi free from the clutches of those cunning girls.

            

When Riddhi come home and saw her parents in a disturbed condition, she cried a lot and apologized for her mistake. Today Riddhi got a lesson that parents ask them not to do any work so that their child is not harmed. His constant opposition to his words had landed him in big trouble today.

              Had it not been for Maa Bhavani's grace and brother Anil had not reached on time, I do not know what would have happened today. Today Riddhi understood all the things that her mother used to explain to her. Do not trust anyone too much, it is not necessary that he also has good thoughts for you. 

After that accident, Riddhi swore that she would not go anywhere without her mother's permission.
