आज महिला दिवस है, विश्व की सभी महिलाओं को महिला दिवस की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं, सभी को हृदय से नमन। हमारे लिए कोई भी दिन खास या आम नहीं। महिला दिवस हो, मातृ दिवस हो या अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बालिका दिवस हो, हमें अपने कामों से कभी अवकाश नहीं मिलता।

एक दिन सम्मान देने से, तारीफ करने से क्या आपका महिला दिवस सफल हो जायेगा। महिलाओं के लिए सम्मान आपके दिल में हमेशा होना चाहिए। लेकिन ये हमें कम ही देखने को मिलता है, आज भी परिवार में, समाज में अपना सम्मान बनाए रखने के लिए लिए एक महिला को लगातार संघर्ष करना पड़ता है। उषा भी अपने पूरे जीवनकाल में बस संघर्ष ही करती रही। क्यों ? क्योंकि परिवार की महिलाएं ही अपनी नई नवेली बहु और भाभी से संतुष्ट नहीं थी। एक अकेली लड़की जिस पर एक ही दिन में आठ दस लोगों के खाना बनाने से लेकर उन सबकी पसंद नापसंद का ख्याल रखने की जिम्मेदारी आ गई थी। वो खुद को सामान्य कैसे रख पाएगी। ख़ैर ! बड़े परिवार में सभी सदस्यों को खुश रखना असम्भव काम है। यहीं से घर के माहौल में तनाव और रिश्तों में कड़वाहट की शुरुआत होती है। ऐसा माहौल और जिम्मेदारी तब बोझ बन जाती है जब पति भी परिवार का साथ दे। उषा पर सास के अलावा ननदों और देवरों ने भी अपशब्दों और बुरे व्यवहार में कमी नहीं की। उषा का पालन पोषण मामा के घर हुआ, उन्होंने उषा को हमेशा यही सिखाए कि अपने बड़ों को जवाब मत देना और ससुराल में लड़ाई करके कभी मायके वापस मत आना। उषा के लिए ससुराल किसी नरक से कम नहीं था। क्योंकि हर दिन किसी न किसी बात को मुद्दा बनाकर उषा को या तो पीटा जाने लगा या फिर उसे भूखा रखने लगे। रोज यही सब झेलते हुए उषा की जिंदगी गुजर रही थी। उषा की हालत पर किसी का ध्यान नहीं था, सभी बस उससे अच्छे काम की अपेक्षा रखते थे। वो कैसी है, क्या चाहती है उसकी किसी जरूरत को महत्व नही दिया जाता था। यहां तक कि पति भी नही पूछते थे कि तुमने खाना खाया या नहीं।

जिंदगी को इन्हीं हालातों में बेहतर बनाने की नाकाम कोशिशों के कामयाब होने के सपने लेकर उषा रोज अपना दिन शुरू करती थी। यही सोचती थी कि शायद आज वो अपने काम से परिवार की मुखिया अपनी सास का दिल जीत पाएगी। लेकिन उन्होंने तो तय कर लिए थे कि इसे सुख से जीने नही देंगे। परिवार के सदस्यों का उषा के प्रति ऐसा व्यवहार क्यों था कोई नही जान पाया। परिस्थितियों का प्रभाव उषा की सेहत पर भी साफ दिखाई देता था। निस्तेज चेहरा, दुबला शरीर देखकर पड़ोसी उषा की सास से पूछते थे कि तुम्हारी बहू को कोई बीमारी हो गई है क्या ? क्यों वो दुबली ही होती जा रही है। उषा की बिगड़ती हालत के विषय में किसी के पास कोई जवाब नहीं था। खुद उसका पति भी नही बता सकता था कि उषा की ऐसी हालत का सबसे बड़ा जिम्मेदार वो खुद है। क्योंकि उसे अपनी पत्नी का थोड़ा भी ख्याल होता तो उषा इस हालत में नहीं पंहुचती। अब संघर्ष का अंत होता नजर आ रहा था। घर के हालात नही सुधरे थे, यहां उषा की हालत इतनी बदतर हो गई थी कि उसे अस्पताल में भर्ती कराना पड़ा। उसके मायके वालों को बुलाया गया कि आप आओ और उषा को अपने साथ ले जाओ।

सब घबरा गए, अनहोनी की आशंका के साथ उषा की मां और मामा पहुंचे उसे लेने। उन्हें सीधे अस्पताल पंहुचाकर उषा का पति वहां से गायब हो गया। उषा की हालत बहुत नाजुक थी, गहन चिकित्सा कक्ष में मां और मामा की उपस्थिति महसूस कर उषा ने अपनी आंखे खोली। मामा की आवाज सुनकर उसकी आंखों से आंसू बहने लगे। मामा ने आंसू पोंछते हुए कहा तू चिंता ना कर तेरा मामा आ गया, अब तुझे कुछ नहीं होने दूंगा। हम अपने घर वापस जायेंगे, उषा की मां अपनी बेटी की ऐसी हालत के विषय में उसकी ससुराल वालों से कुछ पूछती उससे पहले ही वे सब वहां से भाग गए। उनके घर गए तो देखा दरवाजे पर ताला लगा हुआ है।

एक पड़ोसन जिसने उषा के मामा को फोन की थी उसने उन्हें सारी बात बताई। कि उषा के साथ कैसा व्यवहार किए उसके ससुराल वालों ने और पति भी उसका साथ नहीं देता था। ये सब सुनकर मामा की आंखों में आसूं आ गए क्योंकि उन्होंने ही उषा को कहे थे कि ससुराल में कभी लड़ाई हो तो तुम घर वापस मत आना। ख़ैर ! गहन देखरेख के बाद उषा की हालत में सुधार आया और अस्पताल में 20 दिन बिताने के बाद उषा को अस्पताल से छुट्टी दे दी गई। मां और मामा के साथ घर आकर उषा को अपने जिंदा होने का एहसास हुआ। धीरे धीरे अपने जीवन को गति देकर उषा ने खुद को इतना व्यस्त कर ली कि उसे अपने अतीत को सोचने की फुरसत नहीं थी। शादी से पहले उषा घर में ही कपड़ों पर रंग करके अलग अलग चित्र बनाया करती थी। अब वही हुनर उसको एक नई दिशा देने में सहायक सिद्ध हो रहा है।उषा ने अपना काम घर से ही शुरू की और अपनी ही जैसी महिलाओं को सिखाकर उन्हें रोजगार के नए अवसर दिए।

उषा का संघर्ष बेकार नहीं गया, उसकी मेहनत ने सफलता के शिखर को छुआ और एक उदाहरण बनकर उषा उन सभी महिलाओं के लिए प्रेरणा बन गई, जो हालात से हारकर आत्महत्या जैसे कदम तक उठा लेती है। आज महिला दिवस के अवसर पर आप सभी से बस यही कहना चाहती हूं कि अपने जीवन को व्यर्थ न समझें आप खुद के लिए भी जिएं। क्योंकि पता नहीं आप अपने जैसे कितनी ही महिलाओं के लिए एक उदाहरण प्रस्तुत कर सकती हो। नए रास्ते आपके सामने ही रहते हैं, बस जरूरत है आपको एक कदम बढ़ाने की। उषा की तरह आप भी अपने संघर्ष से सफलता तक की कहानी खुद लिख सकते हैं। आज महिला दिवस पर आप ये न सोचें कि कोई आपको सम्मानित नहीं करता, आपके किसी काम की कोई सराहना नही कर रहा है तो आपका महत्व नहीं है परिवार के लिए। लेकिन परिवार की पहचान भी आप ही हो और सम्मान भी आप ही हो। महिला दिवस की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं। 😊😘

Will your women's day be successful by giving respect and praising one day ? You should always have respect for women in your heart. But we rarely get to se this, even today a woman has to struggle continuously to maintain her respect in the family and in the society. Usha too continued to struggle throughout her life. Why ? Because the women of the family were not satisfied with their new daughter - in - law and sister - in - law. How can a single girl who has the responsibility of cooking food for eight to ten people in a single day and taking care of their likes and dislikes, how can she keep herself normal.

Well ! Keeping all the members happy in a big family is an impossible task. This is where then tension in the home environment and bitterness in relationships begins. Such an environment and responsibility becomes a burden when the husband also supports the family. Apart from mother - in - law, sister - in - law and brother - in - law also did not reduce the abuses and bad behaviour on Usha. Usha was brought up in maternal uncle's house, he always taught Usha not to answer to your elders and never come back to maternal house after fighting in in - laws house. For Usha, her in - laws house was no less than a hell. Because every day Usha was either beaten up or kept hungry by making one or the other issue an issue. Usha's life was passing by facing all this everyday. No one cared about Usha's condition, everyone just expected good work from her. How is she, what does she want, no importance was given to her needs. Even husband never used to ask whether you have eaten food or not. o

Usha used to start her day every day with dreams of success in her failed attempts to make life better in these circumstances. She used to think that maybe today she will be able to win the heart of her mother - in - law, the head of the family, with her work. But they had decided that they would not let him live happily. No one could know why the family members behaved like this towards Usha. The impact of the circumstances was clearly visible on Usha's health as well. Seeing her pale face and lean body, the neighbors used to ask Usha's mother - in - law whether your daughter - in - law had any diseases, why she was getting thinner. No one had any answers regarding Usha's deteriorating condition. Even her husband himself could not tell that he himself is the biggest responsible for Usha's condition. Because if he had a little care for his wife, then Usha would not have reached in this condition. Now the struggle seemed to be coming to an end. The condition of the house did not improve, here Usha's condition became so bad that she had to be admitted to the hospital. Her parents were called to come and take Usha with you.

Everyone panicked, Usha's mother and maternal uncle arrived to pick her up with the apprehension of untoward incident. Usha's husband disappeared after taking her directly to the hospital. Usha's condition was very critical, feeling the presence of mother and maternal uncle in the intensive care unit, Usha opened her eyes. Tears started flowing from his eyes after hearing his maternal uncle's voice. Uncle wiped his tears and said, don't worry, , your uncle has come, now I will not let anything happen to you. We will go back to our house, before Usha's mother could ask anything about her daughter's condition to her in - laws, they all fled from there. When he went to his house, he saw that the door was locked.

A neighbour who had called Usha's maternal uncle told him the whole story about how Usha was treated by her in - laws and her husband also did not support her. Hearing all this, tears welled up in maternal uncle's eyes. Because he had told Usha that if there is ever a fight in the in - laws house, then you should not come back home. So ! After intensive care, Usha's condition improved and after spending 20 days in the hospital, Usha was discharged from the hospital. After coming home with mother and maternal uncle, now Usha felt alive. Slowly speeding up her life, Usha made herself so busy that she did not have time to think about her past. Before marriage, Usha used to make different pictures by coloring clothes at home. Now the same skill is proving helpful in giving him a new direction. Usha started her work from home and by teaching women like herself gave them new employment opportunities.

Usha's struggle did not go in vain, her hard work touched the pinnacle of success and by being an example, Usha become an inspiration for all those women who take steps like suicide after losing their circumstances. Today, on the occasion of Women's Day, I just want to say this to all of you that don't consider your life in vain, live for yourself too. Because you know how many women like you, you can set an example for. New path are right in front of you, all you needs is to take a step. Like Usha, you too can write your own story from struggle to success. Today, on Women's Day, don't think that no one is honoring you, no one is appreciating your work, then you are of no importance to the family.
