हमारे समाज में सफलता और असफलता को मापने के पैमाने बिल्कुल अलग अलग है। हम सफल उन्हें ही मानते है जिनके पास गाड़ी, बंगला, खूब पैसा हो, इंसान अच्छे पद पर हो। और गरीब व्यक्ति स्वाभाविक ही असफल मान लिया जाता है। क्योंकि उसकी छोटी सी सफलता किसी को नज़र ही नहीं आती।

लेकिन आज रामरती ने अपनी सफलता की कहानी अपने शब्दों में लिखी। आज सभी उसे बेटी की शादी की बधाई दे रहे हैं। आप सब सोच रहे होंगे कि शादी करना कौन सी बड़ी बात है। बेशक ये बड़ी बात नहीं, लेकिन अकेली औरत मजदूरी करके चार बच्चों का पालन पोषण करके उनका जीवन व्यवस्थित कर दे ये बड़ी बात है। दस साल पहले रामरती का पति जुगल गलत संगत के कारण आपराधिक गतिविधियों में दोषी पाया गया जिस वजह से उसे जेल हो गई। अब बच्चों को पालने की पूरी जिम्मेदारी रामरती पर आ गई। उस समय बच्चे बहुत छोटे थे लेकिन रामरती को दुःख मनाने का समय नहीं था। उसके जीवन में अचानक आए संकट से उसे सामना करना ही था। अब रामरती पर दोहरी जिम्मेदारी थी,, पिता की तरह काम करके बच्चों के पेट भरने की व्यवस्था करना और मां की तरह उन्हें खाना बनाकर खिलाना। दोनों काम उसने बखूबी निभाई, जो बच्चे स्कूल जाते थे उन्हें स्कूल भेजकर छोटे बेटे को गोद में लेकर काम पर जाना उसका नित्य नियम था।

इन जिम्मेदारियों को ढोते ढोते वो ये भी भूल गई कि उसका पति भी है। दस वर्षों तक वो कभी पति से मिलने जेल नही गई। लेकिन जब बेटी पायल का रिश्ता पक्का हो गया तब उसे बताने गई कि तेरी बेटी की शादी तय हो गई है और अगले हफ्ते उसकी शादी है। बेटी की शादी की बात सुनकर जुगल की आंखों में आसूं आ गए। बोला रामरती तू मुझे नही बुलाएगी क्या बेटी की शादी में। रामरती ने कठोरता से जवाब दी कि हां तूने काम तो बहुत अच्छा किया है तुझे क्यों नहीं बुलाऊंगी। जुगल रामरती के सामने हाथ जोड़कर विनती करने लगा कि कुछ भी कर रामरती मुझे यहां से छुड़ा ले। अब रामरती अपने आंसू नहीं रोक पाई,, रोते हुए बोली कहां से लाऊं इतना पैसा, बच्चे बड़े हो गए हैं, बेटी का ब्याह है, कहां से छुड़ाऊं तुझे। गलत काम तूने किया है जुगल उसकी सजा तो तुझे भुगतनी पड़ेगी। पति से मिलकर आने के बाद रामरती सामान्य दिखने की कोशिश करती रही। अपनी दिनचर्या में उसने कोई परिवर्तन नहीं आने दी। लेकिन अब उसकी चिंता उसके चेहरे पर नजर आने लगी थी। बड़ी बेटी मां को उदास और चिंतित देखकर पूछने लगी क्या बात है मां किस बात के लिए परेशान हो। रामरती चुप रही, तो पायल बोली क्या तुम अपने पति की चिंता कर रही हो। रामरती को आश्चर्य नहीं हुआ कि पायल ने जुगल को पिता कहकर संबोधित नहीं की, क्योंकि उसकी गिरफ्तारी के बाद बच्चों ने भी मानसिक यातनाएं झेली थी और उसके बाद उन्होंने जुगल को अपना पिता कहने से इंकार कर दिया था। बच्चों के लिए जुगल सिर्फ एक अपराधी था, अब तो वे उसे दोबारा देखना भी नही चाहते थे। बच्चे रामरती के संघर्ष का सम्मान करते हैं, उनके लिए मां ही सबकुछ है, बच्चों ने हर कठिन समय में मां को दृढ़ता से आगे बढ़ते देखा है, कभी भी रामरती ने अपनी चिंता नहीं की। बच्चों के लिए मां पूरी दुनिया थी और रामरती की दुनिया बच्चे थे। हर दुख बच्चों को देखकर भूल जाती थी वो। क्योंकि यदि वो दुख मनाती तो बच्चों के आंसू कौन पोंछता। आज उसके बच्चे उसकी आंखों में आसूं नही देखना चाहते। भले ही रामरती ने बहुत सारे पैसे नहीं कमाए लेकिन उसके बच्चों के लिए वो एक आदर्श मां है। आज बेटी पायल की शादी करके उसने मां और पिता ने दोनो का फर्ज़ निभाई।

महिला कमजोर नही है रामरती ने ये साबित कर दी। सभी जिम्मेदारियां उसने अकेली ही उठाई और हर संकट से जूझकर आगे बढ़ रही है। यही तो जीवन है। 😊😊😊
